Cinder offers a unique approach to staffing for organizations that need multiple people — we call it Team-based Staffing.
Some clients come to us with multiple positions, looking for a way to staff up quickly without creating significant strain on their existing employees. To meet these requests, we have built teams of resources in a temp-to-hire arrangement, creating a pool of trained Cinder employees that the client can hire as their needs change.
