Cinder Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
Introduction
We are committed to preventing spam and maintaining responsible, permission-based electronic communications. This Anti-Spam Policy explains our standards regarding unsolicited messages and the use of our website, products, and services.
1. What We Consider Spam
Spam is any unsolicited or unauthorized electronic communication sent in bulk or for commercial, promotional, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
Spam may include, but is not limited to:
-
Emails or messages sent to recipients who have not consented to receive them;
-
Messages containing misleading or deceptive subject lines, sender information, or content;
-
Repeated unwanted messages after a recipient has requested that communications stop;
-
Messages sent using purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or improperly obtained contact lists;
-
Phishing, fraudulent, malicious, or deceptive communications; and
-
Any electronic communication that violates applicable anti-spam, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
2. Permission-Based Communications
We strive to send marketing and promotional communications only to individuals who have provided appropriate consent or where we otherwise have a lawful basis to contact them.
When applicable, our communications will identify the sender and provide a reasonable way for recipients to unsubscribe or opt out of future marketing communications.
Transactional, administrative, security, or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary to provide or manage services, even if a recipient has opted out of marketing communications.
3. Unsubscribing
Marketing emails we send will include an unsubscribe mechanism where required by applicable law.
We honor valid unsubscribe requests promptly. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for an unsubscribe request to be fully processed.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-promotional messages related to an account, transaction, security matter, legal notice, or service requested by the recipient.
4. Enforcement
Unsubscribe requests will be honored within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM.
Messages we send identify CINDER as the sender, use accurate header and subject line information, include our physical postal address, and provide a way to opt out of future marketing email.
Reported violations to abuse@teamcinder.com will be reviewed within two business days.
5. Reporting Spam
If you receive a message that you believe was sent by us, or through our services, in violation of this policy, please contact us and provide enough information for us to investigate the matter.
Contact: abuse@teamcinder.com
If possible, include a copy of the message, the sender information, the date it was received, the offending email as an attachment, and any other relevant details.
6. Data Sources and Contact Information
Contact information used for marketing and outreach comes from legitimate sources, such as information supplied directly by the individual, professional networking platforms, referrals, applications, and other lawful sources.
We comply with applicable privacy requirements and contractual restrictions when collecting, importing, storing, enriching, sharing, or using candidate and prospect information.
7. Compliance With CAN-SPAM
We conduct electronic communications in accordance with CAN-SPAM and other US electronic marketing laws and regulations.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, services, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date above.
