We have worked with multiple clients who needed a team of developers and didn’t have the recruiting capabilities to find and build those teams. Our technical leads met with the clients to understand their needs and what they wanted to see in a team. Our experienced recruiters found the candidates, screened them, and helped get them onboarded and up to speed. These teams ranged in size from 3 engineers to more than 50! Included in each of these teams was a technical supervisor to make sure that the team got the leadership it needed and the client had a single point of contact — this significantly increases our employee retention and client alignment!
